The annual Ride & Stride event is an important fund raiser for the Bucks Historic Churches Trust and for individual churches to help meet the ever-increasing costs of repairs and maintenance. Other sources of grant assistance are becoming more difficult to obtain.

I am challenging myself along with Sue Parry to walk around as many churches in our locality as possible on Saturday 12 September. We will try to reserve enough energy to fit in a 5k run at the end, so please give, and it will encourage us and raise more funds.

Churches are not given money - it is down to volunteers from the church community to fund raise and seek grants, so please give what you can and help historic churches and St Michael's Church remain available for their local community and future generations.
