I am excited to take part in this year’s Stand Up Stand Out fundraising event in aid of Rainbow Valley.

RMKB has selected Rainbow Valley as the beneficiary, and as a fundraiser for this incredible charity, I have seen firsthand the incredible impact the 7 Steps to Health course has on those affected by cancer. This course doesn't just teach people how to survive after a cancer diagnosis; it empowers them to thrive, and it is completely free for those attending.

The event itself will take place on May 23rd, after 8 weeks of intense training. I am a beginner in every sense, and after just one night of training, I already know how tough this challenge will be, but I’m excited to push myself and grow through it.

It is going to be a mental and physical journey, and I am inspired by the Rainbow Valley family, attendees past and future.
