I am running the London Marathon in memory of my beautiful son Sam Eagle Nordli , who we lost to suicide in April 2024. He was only 28 years old, and had his life ahead of him. This has left our family utterly heartbroken but rather than mourn in darkness , I want to do as much as I can to help other families who have experienced what we have so they can rebuild their lives with hope and light .

I am so passionate about raising as much money as possible for this incredible charity.

Bereavement in all forms can be traumatic, however, suicide often brings a range of added emotions to navigate.

Suicide&Co is a national charity that supports those bereaved by suicide and seeks to open up the conversation around suicide-related grief. Their vision is to provide adults bereaved by suicide in England and Wales with timely and effective support because everyone deserves to feel like they have permission to grieve. Suicide&Co provides 12 sessions of one-to-one bereavement counselling to those who've lost a loved one to suicide. Every donation of £30 will help provide a counselling session.

Thanks to your support they can provide a much-needed listening ear and support to those who are struggling with their loss.

They enable people to heal and build a life back up around their grief, enabling them to look forward with hope.
