I have a brilliant group of female friends some who have known me since I was 18. Louise and I both have wonky hips in common and have had both our hips replaced. Louise inspired our group to take on this challenge in memory of a young man who battled cancer all his life and died before he turned 20. We are walking for strength, friendship, hip replacements and because in our 50s we can. It is a challenge we are all looking forward to.
