As you know I just lost my Mum, she was diagnosed with Altzheimers in 2020, my Grandma and my Dad also died with Dementia.

You may also be aware that I have done Ultra marathons to raise money for this dreadful disease that slowly steals our loved one.

With my Mum dying I felt it was only right to get my walking boots on once again.

I’m setting a tougher challenge this time.

In May 107km around the coast of the Isle of Wight. Non stop, continuous, through the night plod. I did it 2 years ago and still can’t believe I actually did it . It was so far and so tough.

If that wasn’t enough in June I will undertake another continuous throughout the night 100 km in The Cotswolds and in July another in The Gower.

3 ultras in 3 months. I’m doing it for my Mum.

Despite the fact she’d say don’t be so silly, you can’t do that!!!
