On 10th September I will be joining others to abseil from a bridge at Millers Dale in Derbyshire to raise money for Our Space. This is something that is way out of my comfort zone and a 'big deal' for me, however I know that I am doing it for a great cause and any money raised will be an even bigger deal for Our Space!

Our Space provides vital play and social opportunities for disabled children, young people and adults and support for their families.

Based at specialist premises in Newcastle-under-Lyme, our Charity offers a wide range of indoor and outdoor facilities including an extensive outdoor play area and newly-refurbished indoor soft play room.

For many of the children and adults who attend Our Space sessions, it is the only opportunity that they have to play, socialise and make friends whilst in a safe and supportive environment.

Any donations made will be very gratefully received and really will make a big difference to our charity.
