The amazing staff at Cynthia Spencer looked after my father in law Michael in the last days of his life. So on the 3rd May I’ll be doing a charity head shave.

I am taking up a Challenge4Cynthia and being a Hospice Hero.

I'm aiming to raise £500 which would fund one day of hospice care.
