Even though I cried every day on the London to Brussels ride 2 years ago, they have somehow persuaded me to ride again for this wonderful charity. So, I will dust off my bike and try again. 500km over 4 days! I must be mad. Please make my tears worthwhile ... and this time I am going to abseil down the Lloyd's building first!! So those around at 1pm on Wednesday 9th July, come and watch my children and I abseil down the outside of Lloyd's before I get on my bike that evening!
