You never know what life is going to throw at you and as the years go by and things happen that you hadnāt expected it makes you realise that we should seize the opportunities and challenges that come along with both hands!
I guess Iāve always been a bit of a thrill seeker, my bungey jump in Australia aged 22 was probably the first big one and the decision to start running aged 49 after losing my mum suddenly and unexpectedly and training to run the Great North Run in 2021 another more recent one.
When asked if I was interested in doing a charity skydive by my brother in law I jumped at the opportunity (no pun intended)!
