Thanks for visiting my page. I'm raising money for the British Heart Foundation and I would really like your support. I have chosen this charity as family and friends have been affected by Heart Disease, whether that is suffering a heart attack or living with a heart condition.

The biggest influence is losing one of our friends Claire Lee - Claire was in our NCT friendship group and sadly lost her life at a young age nigh on 10 years ago. I loved how she lived life to the full even though she had a heart condition and was and is an inspiration to so many people.

Every time I run for charity it is important for me to choose something that is close to my heart as it gives me the drive to get through it.

So to find out more about what do BHF do - carry on reading - The BHF has helped halve the number of people dying from heart and circulatory disease in the UK but sadly every day hundreds of people lose their lives. It's only thanks to support from people like us that the BHF can create new treatments and discover new cures. £24 could pay for two hours of research by an early career scientist, but every pound helps so please give what you can to help me hit my target.
