The date is set! On the 24th May 2024 I will be hiking the Coast to Coast path, 190 miles, St Bees to Robin Hoods bay, the west to the east coast of Northern England. Devised by Alfred Wainwright, it passes through three contrasting national parks: the Lake District National Park, the Yorkshire Dales National Park, and the North York Moors National Park. Camping along the way and foraging from the shops as I go, I hope to finish it under the 14 days suggested. And with the help of you good people I intend to raise as much money as possible for the awesome charity Dementia UK. So please, please, please, donate if you can, it will be massively appreciated 🙏🏼
