Story
In May 2025, I will be taking on my second and longest ultra marathon, a 100km run from London to Brighton. This challenge is not just a personal milestone; it is an opportunity to support a cause that is close to my heart.
The Brain Charity plays a vital role in helping individuals affected by all forms of neurological conditions live longer, healthier and happier lives. With over 600 conditions impacting the brain, spine, and nervous system, they are the only charity in the UK that supports every single one. Each year, they provide practical help, emotional support and social activities to thousands of people across the UK. Whilst also, providing support for their family members and carers. They champion neurodiversity and advocate for an inclusive society, free from stigma and isolation.
I am grateful for your support as I embark on this journey. My target is to raise £1,000 for The Brain Charity, by participating in the London 2 Brighton Ultra Challenge on May 24th, 2025. Your contributions will make a significant difference in the lives of those affected by neurological conditions. Together, we can help create a brighter future for many individuals, who need our support.
