Story
So… a bit like childbirth…
At the time, you swear you’ll never do it again. The pain, the exhaustion, the tears (and let’s be honest – the swearing!). But then you remember the joy, the laughter, and the huge sense of achievement.
Last year, I pushed my body to the limit for this incredible cause – I ached, I cried, I laughed, I ate (a lot), drank (also a lot!) and shared four unforgettable days with people who have become lifelong friends.
And guess what? FourDaysRunning and FourDaysWalking are back!
Yes, we’re doing it all again – this time taking on The Solent Way, covering around 110km (68 miles) of running or 80km (50 miles) of walking over four days – all to raise vital funds for CASPA.
CASPA is a unique, award-winning charity based in Bromley, supporting autistic children and young people, along with their families. It receives no government funding, so every single donation genuinely makes a difference.
Your generosity will not only help me get through the miles, but will directly support an amazing cause that changes lives.
Thank you for taking the time to read our story – we’re truly grateful for anything you can give.
