Story
Each year, an estimated 36,000 people are directly bereaved by suicide.
We are taking on the 36k Challenge for Suicide&Co with a fundraising target of £1,000, contributing to the collective goal of £36,000. These funds will help Suicide&Co continue their mission of supporting those bereaved by suicide, including through access to vital counselling services.
Grieving a loved one lost to suicide is a deeply nuanced pain. While it never truly leaves you, with the right support, it doesn’t have to remain unprocessed.
As a wellbeing ambassador for Suicide&Co, I’m proud to be part of a charity that provides crucial support to a community often left in the dark.
On 7th September, we, as a family will come together to walk, run, and cycle a combined 36k to raise awareness and funds.
Jasmin, along with her siblings and nephew, will be leading the day.
She will walk 10k in Trent Park, Cockfosters, starting at around 8.30 am, and offer a relaxing sound bath at the end for anyone who joins. You’re warmly welcome to walk with her, or come to unwind and donate if you wish.
Jared will run, walk or cycle 16k.
Roxanne and Ilias, who live outside of London, will also take part by walking, running or cycling 10k.
If you’d like to join us, please get in touch.
This walk is in memory of our father, whose smile used to light up the room and is forever in our hearts.
Your support means so much. Please consider donating what you can and sharing the link with others. Thank you.
