I'm taking part in the Stadium Soar at Barclays Hampden to raise vital funds to help support people across Scotland living with by chest, heart, stroke and Long Covid conditions.

Every pound will help fund Chest Heart & Stroke Scotland's Advice Line, support groups, stroke nurses and rehabilitation services.
