In a time where more young individuals seek specialised assistance for issues such as sexual abuse, mental health challenges, and serious violence, their work is paramount. While the times have evolved, their dedication to unlocking the potential of every child remains unchanged.

As someone who has grown up with the direct help of Barnardos the desire to push myself to new limits and break cycles , I am incredibly proud to use this opportunity to raise awareness and funds for such a worthy charity.
