In 2023, the Barbatos had the worst year of their lives. Not only did they lose their beloved nonno, but then Robert tragically died in an accident. Brake has been a massive support to this family, and this is just a small gesture, as the Barbato household is a place anyone can call home and is filled with so much love. Robert was so loved and genuine, and it's hard to describe him to someone because he had such a unique presence about him. This charity has been a tremendous help to them, and I really hope I can raise some money to do them justice while also picking a half marathon that includes a lot of winter running.😂
