Tom and I are head chef & deputy manager at the Swan Hotel in Arundel.

We have helped this local, wonderful cause before. We have now committed as a team within the area to fundraise once again for Naomi House & Jacksplace Hospice - taking on an exciting, yet difficult challenge .. Snowden 'Sea to summit'!

We will be cycling, trekking and kayaking roughly 30 miles around the beautiful Snowdon mountains within one day!

We will be travelling up to North Wales from Hampshire the night before, then setting off bright & early the following morning ready to tackle the challenge!
