In March 2025 I will be taking part in the Cambridge Half Marathon to raise money for Breakthrough T1D who are a charity who fund research to cure, treat and prevent type 1 diabetes.

Type 1 diabetes is an autoimmune disease which stops the natural production of insulin. Type 1 diabetes can be developed at any point in your lifetime as evident by the diagnosis of close family and friends.
