I will be running the Royal Parks Half Marathon 2025 in support of the National Autistic Society, who do such important work to improve the lives of autistic people.

Being diagnosed with autism myself, I found the NAS' forums so helpful both pre- and post-diagnosis and that is just a small part of all the work they do. The NAS provide support and guidance to autistic people including online forums, employment support, in-person and online branches, and more.
