Emma spent the last week and a half of her life in their hospice in St Austell. The place is brilliant, the care was incredible and the staff could not have been more professional, attentive and compassionate and they really looked after not just Emma but myself, the children and many other family members. Below explains a little more about the charity.

Our purpose is to provide compassionate, specialised end of life care for patients, their families and carers at the time when they need it most. Together with our local community in Cornwall we will continue to make every day matter.

We strive to develop and secure the resources necessary to achieve this, both now and in the future. With only 17% of our funding coming from Cornwall's NHS Commissioners, the rest is raised with the support of the people of Cornwall and beyond - thank you all.
