On the 14th September, myself and a load of colleagues from around the world will be over in Northern Ireland to run the Causeway Coast Marathon events. People will be doing the 10K, Half Marathon, and Marathon, and three of us have signed up to do the Ultra!

The aim is to raise money for charity and our company (1E) will be matching any donations that we receive, with the aim to try and raise over £10K that we can then get matched.

But Jason, don't you do these things for fun anyway, why should I donate?! I hear you ask!

I do. I love this stuff and I'll be starting this race regardless of whether you donate or not. But you're not donating so that I start, you're donating so that through the money raised and the work Cancer Research UK do, a few more people have the opportunity to beat cancer and try crazy stuff like this.

I hate asking for money, but please consider digging deep and donating (If not to help Cancer Research, then to make our CFO wince at the amount they have to match).
