Anyone can get Parkinson’s. It gets worse over time and there’s no cure. Yet. Funding research into the most promising treatments, we’re getting closer to a cure. Until then, we're improving life for people with Parkinson’s, and the people in their lives. Together we'll find a cure.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

People that know me understand the fight that's in me I don't like giving up and always try and set high targets. I started in 2015 climbing mountains and raising money to honour my dear mam who lost her long cruel battle with breast cancer. I managed to raise Ten Thousand pounds for the Breast Cancer Now charity.

Anyway I now have my own battles, 3 Spinal Surgeries, a Brain Tumour and now Parkinson's life has got a little complicated but I will not stop moving forward and wanting to help people and do as much as I can whilst I have control of my body. Although I cannot climb mountains now there's nothing stopping me still being crazy so I'm going to abseil something a bit different. On the 2nd March 2025 at 12:00 I have arranged to abseil down the outside of Anfields Main Stand right beside the LFC sign. Please support Parkinson's UK it's a fantastic charity that does so much for a horrible progressive incurable disease. In the future I know my family and I will rely on the support of Parkinson's UK so whilst I can I will push myself to help them. Please support my madness and donate to a great cause. Thank you Jx
