On April 12th, I’m running my first trail marathon to raise money for Martlets Hospice in Hove.

This run isn’t about times or medals. It’s about choosing to do something hard so others don’t have to face their hardest moments alone. Martlets provides vital care, comfort, and dignity to people living with terminal illness, and supports the families around them when they need it most.

Every mile will hurt.

But it’s nothing compared to what Martlets patients and families face every day.
