Story

Thank you for visiting my JustGiving page supporting the MND Association.

Just over a year ago Mum lost her battle against MND. Despite being such a terrible, debilitating Disease she kept her personality shining through to the end. She accepted the diagnosis from the begining and embraced the changes as they happened, draining every ounce of enjoyment and humour she could to the end, along with the odd glass of wine! She was an incredible woman and had such an impact on all those whose path she crossed. She has been an inspiration to Myself, my brothers and my Family and will live long in our memories.

So its with this in mind and having experienced the impact of supporting someone with MND i felt it was important i tried to raise money and awareness to support the terrific work the MND association does.

Im participating in the London 100 in My and although i have completed it before, this time the aim is beat my previous record of 5 hrs ride time. So its time to start the training!!

Although this is just the training for the the following month when I attempt the Norfolk 200. Yes that’s 200 miles on a bike in a day 🤯

Any Donation no matter how big or small is appreciated so thank you in advance.
