I am SO excited (and slightly terrified!) to share that I’ll be taking on TWO huge challenges: the Royal Parks Half Marathon on Sunday 12th October and the London Marathon on Sunday 26th April – all in support of Noah’s Ark Children’s Hospice.

For those who don’t know, I started working at Noah’s Ark in March 2025, and honestly, it has already changed my life. Every day, I get to see the incredible support our team gives to babies, children and young people with life-limiting or life-threatening conditions – and to their families too.

Noah’s Ark isn’t just a hospice building – it’s nurses holding hands through scary moments, therapists giving siblings a safe space to play and express themselves, and carers bringing joy, comfort and dignity to children who are seriously unwell. We offer counselling, music and play therapy, respite care, emergency end of life support, fun days out, and so much more. It’s about helping families make precious memories together, even in the most difficult circumstances.

That’s why I’ve decided to push myself with these two huge runs – because I know first-hand how much every penny raised can help a family in need. Running won’t be easy, but it’s nothing compared to what these children and families go through every day.
