My name is Jax and I'm 10yrs old Ive been in and out of hospital since birth with a bowel condition, i now have an ileostomy stoma and like to raise awareness, i started fundraising 3years ago and support many charities, the health tree foundation are the charity to the hospital that has looked after me over the years so i would like to raise money to give a little back to them . I have just done a Christmas toy appeal and Saturday 2nd December i will be heading to the children’s ward to drop these off , also i did a sponsored midnight walk with my football team and Raised over £2,000 for them . I would like to continue raising funds for The health tree foundation and in a couple of weeks i will be taking part in a 4k santa run/walk with them . Thank you for reading Jax
