Trauma Healing Together is a charity based in Perth that provides free counselling and group wellbeing sessions to those struggling with trauma. I have worked with this charity for over a year and have seen the great work that goes into the service, along with the positive changes that it brings to people's lives.

To raise money I am taking part in the Edinburgh inflatable 10k on the 30th August.
