I am Padre (Chaplain) to The Rawthey Project CIC.

I also have to manage my mental health owing to PTSD and Moral Injury. 2024 it returned along with getting older and physical health needing some adjustment too.

Therefore physical challenge of walking and at the same time strenghening my mental health and raising awareness.

I believe in the saying "we need to stop pulling people out of the river and go up stream and find out why they fell in, and stop them falling in"
