Story
Facing an end-of-life diagnosis is a profound challenge, not only for the individual but also for their family and friends. At Weston Hospicecare, our dedicated team of palliative care specialists works tirelessly to provide compassionate support that addresses social, emotional, psychological, spiritual, and physical needs. This holistic care helps guide people through one of life’s most difficult journeys with dignity and comfort.
With only 20% of our funding coming from the NHS, we rely heavily on the generosity of our community to raise £5,500,000 each year to continue this vital work. This is why participating in the Weston Super Half 2026 marathon on 4 October 2026 is so important to us. Every step taken in this event helps bring us closer to our goal and ensures that no one faces their final days alone or without expert care.
I'm incredibly grateful for every donation and every supporter who joins me in this mission. Please consider contributing towards my target of £500 to help sustain Weston Hospicecare’s essential services. Together, we can make a meaningful difference in the lives of those who need it most.
