Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I am writing to request your support for my participation in the Mellon Educate Building Blitz 2026 in South Africa.

Mellon Educate is an Irish-registered education charity that has been transforming under-resourced schools in South African townships since 2002. The Building Blitz is an intensive one-week volunteer program where participants work alongside local teams to build classrooms, playgrounds, and sanitation facilities. This directly improves access to quality education for hundreds of children in disadvantaged communities

The trip is scheduled for 7th – 14th November 2026. By joining, I will contribute hands-on labour while raising vital funds for Mellon Educates ongoing work in literacy programs and school infrastructure.

The total cost of the trip has already been covered by The Clancy Group, plus a contribution of £2,500.00 towards the £5,000.00 total

Your contribution — no matter the size — would make a real difference, not only enabling my participation but directly supporting improved education for children in South Africa.

I would be very happy to provide more details about the program, share the official Mellon Educate information pack, or meet for a quick call to discuss this further. Please let me know a convenient time.

Thank you very much for considering this request. I truly appreciate your time and any support you can offer.
