I am raising money for Learning Disability Network (LDN) London, a fantastic charity that I worked for for over 33 years. LDN London support people with learning disabilities in all areas of their lives and your donation will go towards funding activities at their Community Hub, a place where people who get little or no support from government funding can meet other people, learn life skills via workshops and advice sessions and be included fully in their community.

I will be swimming 25k over the month of November - that's a 1000 lengths of my local pool so am aiming for 40 lengths x 25 visits by which time I shall be a bit wrinkly.
