I’ve signed up to my first half marathon at the age of 45.......ahhh what was I thinking!!!!

Luckily my lovely friend Iolanda has agreed to join me, which I’m super grateful for as she’s slightly more experienced….And I need all the help I can get!! :-)

But seriously, it's for an amazing charity - Off The Record, Twickenham - that I've had the honour to work with for nearly six years and will continue to do so as they do such incredible work helping young people with mental health issues.

It is a free service that any young person aged 11-24 in the Richmond Borough can access, but we need funding to continue running this much needed service.

Any donation you can make will be very much appreciated and make a big difference.

Off The Record Twickenham (OTR) is a registered charity providing the only drop-in counselling, information and sexual health service for young people aged 11–24 who live, work or study in the Borough of Richmond Upon Thames. We provide help early when it is most needed. Our team help improve the emotional and mental well-being of over 1,500 young people a year at a time when they are experiencing unprecedented levels of stress and anxiety
