Jayne's fundraiser for KEMP Hospice

KEMP Snowdon at Sunrise 2024 · 16 June 2024 ·
On Sunday 16th June I will be taking part in KEMP Hospice first Snowdon at Sunrise! In memory of my wonderful Dad, Graham who died nearly 11 years ago.
I will be climbing this mountain from 2am in complete darkness, with only a head torch, haribo and maybe a mini bottle of Prosecco! With a hope of reaching the summit by sunrise. Please sponsor me, I will get to the top no matter what, even if I have to crawl my way up! Thank you so much, please give whatever you can. Your donations will spur me on and will make a difference to people's lives locally.
As a family, we know first hand the crucial free care and support that is provided when faced with death and bereavement.
For over 50 years, KEMP has been a pillar of support and care for individuals facing progressive life-limiting illnesses in the Wyre Forest and surrounding areas. KEMP offers free end-of-life care to adults with a terminal diagnosis, extending their support to patients families and caregivers, whether in their day hospice, patients homes, or virtually. KEMP’s commitment also encompasses bereavement care for both adults and children as young as five, irrespective of their connection to the hospice. KEMP never charge for their services, but sustaining this mission requires nearly £1.7 million annually, with only 15% covered by the NHS. Your support is essential in ensuring KEMP can continue providing crucial care to those in their most challenging times.
Thank you all so much! ♥️🦋
