🎄✨ I’m so excited to be joining South Kent Mind’s Mental Elf Family Fun Run on Sunday 7th December 2025, for an afternoon of festive fun along The Leas in Folkestone!

After completing the South Kent Downs 10km Challenge, I wanted to keep going and continue raising money for such an amazing cause in memory of my friend, Jade 💗

Mental Elf is a festive 5km family fun run open to all ages and abilities. Whether you run, jog, walk, stroll, or wheel, everyone is welcome and every participant receives a medal! 🏅

Your support and donations mean so much they help ensure that no one in the South Kent area has to face their mental health challenges alone.
