Hugs Childrens Cancer Charity supports families going through the devastating diagnosis of cancer in children under 18 years old.

The words 'your child has cancer' are ones that no parent should hear and we ensure that they are not alone on the journey. By proving group events, care packs, respite and a platform to talk to other parents, hugs ensures that every family has the support they need!

This will be a challenge for myself (Jazzy) as I struggled so much doing the Plymouth 10k last year and would not consider myself a runner at all, however I’m here for a challenge and will put my all into it. For Chris he has completed three half marathons and a twenty four hour trail run. However he has had a break from running for over a year and has recently been recovering from a fractured ankle. With only four weeks of training he feels this is a real challenge especially in a different environment. We’re both hoping to raise as much as we can for this wonderful charity.
