On July 12th I'll be riding 77 miles in the Mendips Classic event.

The event has partnered with Alzheimer's Research UK, a leading dementia research charity and I'll be joining a group of mates, Alex, Simon and Dan in tackling the gruelling hills and distance on two wheels.

ARUK means a lot to my family as the disease took my grandmother at far too young an age. The effects severely impact both victims and their families.

Last year, Alex and I rode the Coast and Clay sportive in aid of Cornwall Hospice Trust and raised an astonishing £1400, this year we've gone national! if we do even half that we'll this time around we'd be delighted.
