JC's haircut & fundraiser for Little Princess Trust

Little Princess Trust Hair Donation · 24 April 2025
Having grown my hair for a number of years I'd got to the point where I was nervously considering cutting it; doing it for the The Little Princess Trust gave it a purpose that outweighed my vanity.
Having lost people very close to me, and also having had someone very dear to me go through the battle of cancer and requiring a wig, I know the trauma of the effects of cancer all too well. So over the last year I have continued to grow my hair to get it to an adequate length so that it can hopefully make a difference to someone going through this battle.
The Little Princess Trust provides real hair wigs, free of charge, to children and young people who have lost their own hair through cancer treatment or to other conditions such as Alopecia.
It costs approximately £700 to make each wig, so I hope along with my hair donation we can raise the money to help make a difference.
The charity is also one of the largest funders of childhood cancer research in the UK.
The Little Princess Trust relies solely on the generosity of its wonderful supporters who help the charity give Hair and Hope to so many children and young people with cancer each year.
