Story
I have been lucky enough to be selected to play for team Prostate Cancer UK at the UK Charity Allstars Ice hockey event for a 3rd year. Its time to start fundraising again, and I have a few ideas.
Initially I will look to do another coastal hike from Port Isaac to Padstow along the SW Coastal Path. I am also seeking other opportunities that will really push me out of my comfort zone!
Across the UK
Prostate cancer is the most common cancer in men.
More than 63,000 men are diagnosed with prostate cancer every year.
More than 12,000 men die from prostate cancer every year.
1 in 8 men will be diagnosed with prostate cancer in their lifetime.
Around 510,000 men are living with or after prostate cancer.
Black men are more likely to get prostate cancer than other men. In the UK, 1 in 4 Black men will get prostate cancer in their lifetime. Almost 1,600 Black men are diagnosed with prostate cancer each year in England.
Please help me raise money for this incredible cause!
