We are all Police Officers and staff working within "J Division" serving the communities of Midlothian, West Lothian, East Lothian and the Scottish Borders. We are taking part in the half marathon to raise money for one of our partner agencies, Victim Support Scotland, whom we work closely with.

Victim Support Scotland is the leading charity dedicated to helping people affected by crime across Scotland.

They are an independent, free and confidential service providing information, practical help, emotional support and guidance through the criminal justice system aiming to empower people to cope with the aftermath of a crime.

Our team works across many different departments within the Police with a mixed level of abilities and running experience.

So we are putting the doughnuts down and lacing up our running shoes to take on the challenge (and enjoy a couple of pints at the end!)
