Donaldson Group · 31 December 2024 ·
Thanks to all those colleagues who participated in our charity partnership vote, the British Heart Foundation is the Donaldson Group’s 2024 charity partner.
Why British Heart Foundation?
British Heart Foundation is a leading charity dedicated to funding life-saving research, supporting those affected by heart and circulatory diseases, and promoting a heart-healthy lifestyle. The BHF are proud that in the six decades they have been working to tackle heart and circulatory diseases, they have moved from an outcome where seven in 10 people died from a heart attack, to now seven in 10 people survive. Their work aligns with our Group values and as heart and circulatory diseases have touched many of us within the Group, we hope that with our upcoming calendar of CPR training, awareness raising, and fundraising, we will accomplish much together to support many more happy outcomes.
How Can You Get Involved?
RevivR: The BHF’s fast, free and easy-to-use online training course. In just 15 minutes, you can learn how to save a life. It couldn’t be simpler – you just need your mobile phone or tablet to go the link below and a cushion to practice on.
Donaldson Timber RevivR QR Code can be scanned on the cover photo of this page!
In-person training: Face-to-face training will also be offered across our sites over the course of 2024.
Fundraising activities: Fundraising packs are available onsite to help you prepare fundraising activities and any monies raised should be paid into our Just Giving page which will then be matched by the Group.
Donate and Share: Even if you can't participate in the activities, you can still make a difference. Donate to our JustGiving page, and encourage friends, family, and colleagues to do the same. Sharing our cause helps amplify our impact!
