Story
Well, Dr Korir will be getting his microscope, thanks to your amazing generosity. As it was partly paid for already, there is even enough money left over to pay for trauma training for staff at the hospital. The small trauma unit was built last year and equipped in part by Friends of Kipkelion. I have felt humbled and proud by your extraordinary response to this wonderful cause. Thank you.
I did the triathlon this morning: 1:46:45 (swimming 22:26 cycling 57:10 and running 27.07). Plus 15mins for changing after the swim. I know that for all you young/athletic/ young AND athletic souls out there it's no great achievement, but I am really pleased. Have just celebrated with a halloumi wrap. The glamour!
Over and out. Back to normal gym activity for me from now on. I am deeply grateful for your kindness. xxx
