Jean asked us to arrange that any donations in her memory should go toward equipment for the Phlebotomy Department (responsible for taking blood samples) at the Conquest Hospital, Hastings.

She asked us that instead of sending flowers that you might consider making a donation.

During her treatment at the hospital, it was often difficult to find a good spot to get a blood sample from. However, with the precious, special equipment available to the team, this process was much faster, effective and more comfortable.

Any donations will go to a restricted fund, via the Friends of Conquest Hospital, that the Phlebotamy department can use towards more of this brilliant equipment, improving the blood-taking experience for both the team and their patients.
