Since 2008, Rocky Mountain Children’s Health Foundation (RMCHF) has focused on improving the quality of life for families, sick children, and infants throughout the region. When a child is diagnosed with a difficult medical condition, the effects are felt by their entire family. Together with our generous community, we provide these families with critical support how and when they need it most. This support includes everything from rent and mortgage payments to donor human milk for their newborns to the emotional support of a well-trained dog.

The JeffCo Young Democrats want to support organizations in our county and community that make sure everyone is housed, fed, and safe for the holidays.
