The ARK is a charity that is means a great deal to me and does an incredible work at the heart of a community in Gedling, Nottinghamshire.

On the 11th December 2022 I will be running 10k to raise money to get a defibrillator installed outside of their premises. I have seen first hand the importance of making this piece of equipment as available as possible. It can literally save lives.

10k is a long way...for me! I last ran this far all at once when I was 21 (that was a long time ago), so this will be a challenge! Allbeit a challenge I am more than willing to take one!
