Within a few short weeks last summer prostate cancer decided to visit my Dad and my uncle. I decided I would dust off my running shoes after 15 years and spend time clearing my head running. This then turned into me deciding to run a half marathon for prostate cancer. I wasn't going to share this until nearer the time but with March being prostate awareness month is seems a sensible time to share. I will be running Ilkley half marathon in July. If you see me over the next few months running at ridiculous times/places or sporting several shades of red give me a wave or peep of encouragement. If you can spare any money I would be incredibly grateful and will make all my hard work and hours of running in preparation worth it all.
