I've been talked in to running the Brighton Marathon! This is a huge undertaking for me, as up until a few months ago I was more of a slow 5km jogger.

I'm running for Veterans Coastal Retreats, which is a small charity with big aspirations to help veterans and their families recuperate from the negative consequences of war. The charity is aiming to purchase a property on the Cornish coastline, which can be visited by veterans struggling with PTSD and/or physical disabilities, along with their families to forge new happy memories together. The next phase is to partner with other existing organisations to provide further mental health support to those that desperately need and deserve it.
