Myself & Beth will be joining The Big Hoof team, a Scottish charity that focuses on mental health awareness through horseback journeys, on their Fife Coastal path journey.

Starting in Dysart on 20th May we will be trekking on horseback until the 24th May where, if all goes to plan, we will finish in St. Andrews after trekking over 40 miles along the Fife Coastal Path.

Each evening we will be camping with our ponies with the aim to be as self sufficient as possible!

Whilst we are expecting this to be a lot of fun, we will be up against some challenging terrain, new experiences for the ponies to overcome & whatever weather Scotland decides to throw at us!

All money raised will go to The Big Hoof charity based in Dunfermline, Scotland who support a variety of causes including awareness & support for mental health, wellbeing & child welfare.
