Mencap Children’s Centre in Belfast provides a unique funded early years’ service for children aged 2-3 years with significant developmental delay. Formerly known as Segal House Nursery, my sister Natalie attended this nursery until she was 4, providing her with much needed support from the start to flourish - and anyone that knows Natalie will agree that she has done just that!
