I’m taking part in a Memory Walk in loving memory of my wonderful Nan and Grandad, Chris & Jean. 💜

Some of my favourite memories are of them working in their fish and chip shop—always busy, always chatting, and always making time for a laugh. I also remember the amazing holidays to Butlins, and the special trips we had visiting them in Spain. Not forgetting their amazing tans!

Losing them to Alzheimer's disease has been incredibly hard, especially both of them within 2 years, but I’m walking for them—to remember the life they lived, the love they gave, and all the memories that will always stay with me forever.

I wish they were still see to see Grayson grow, they'd be the best nanna & grandad <3

Every step I take is for them, and for all families going through the same heartbreak.

Not what I expected to wake up to this morning… but thanks Jen 😅 here we are, signed up for 13.6 (yes, the .6 does matter 🤪).

Coming up to a year since losing Dad. Watching him struggle with dementia took more out of us than I can really put into words. It’s a cruel disease that affects not just the person, but everyone who loves them.

So we’re doing this to try and give something back, and to help others going through the same. If you can, please donate whatever you’re able to—it really does mean a lot to us 💙
